In our Salesforce org, there more than 6k reports 😱. Now, we want to clean a few of these Reports 😌. The next questions that hit me are :
1. Which Reports?
Ans: Reports not used from the last 6 months.
2. How to identify Reports that are not used for the last 6 months?
Ans: By creating a Report to identify the Reports that are not used (from whatever time limit you have).

Note: "On the Report Screen, we can see a max of 2k rows. To see complete records, we have to export."
3. What's the next step?Ans:
a. Take these reports back up: Click HERE (if you're not aware of how to take them backup)
b. Check if there is any Legal team in your company who will validate these reports that we are planning to delete.
