Hurray...!!!
Now it's easy to create objects and it's fields using Excel sheet. This is a Generally Available(GA) feature in LEX.
Step 1:
Navigation:
1. From Object Manager (OR)
2. From "App Manager".
Step 2:
Follow the below article from "How it works?" section onwards.

Note:
1. By default, your file name will become Object name, if we want, we can change the Object name after uploading the file into Salesforce.
2. We can't create below types of fields through spreadsheet
a. Relationship fields
b. Rollup summary fields
c. Formula fields
3. In one go with this (1 file 1 object) approach, we can create an Object + Fields + Data.
4. Below are the types of the fields, we can create through the spreadsheet
